Having been dead for quite a while has deadened his concept of morality and good conduct. He floats only to his own tune and while he can be helpful in some instances, it really is up to what you can provide him. Entertainment or a meal. Usually he wander off from his considered ‘dinner bell’ but this is rare seeing how he sees the comatose chandelure as a stable point for him. He hates the concept of change and even mentioning it to him shall enrage him to the point of trying to devour you, even if he had just considered you someone worth not to eat. While he doesn’t see anything wrong with his deformities, he hides them because he hates to be asked what happened to him, something he doesn’t exactly remember. He does know he hates a girl named Yui though.

Before Death:

                      

While he was alive, Jisoo had been a sharpedo whose name he now can’t remember. While generally a good man, he had the habit of generally putting his foot in his mouth. This lead him to insult a gothorita named Yui, who was so enraged that she used her psychic abilities to implant an ‘idea’ in him. This led him to shut himself up forever – by tearing out his throat in front of her.

 

After Death:

 

Waking up in a new form, Jisoo realized that due to his violent death, he couldn’t pass on. But he also discovered another problem – he couldn’t remember what happen. Not his name, who he was, or even why he killed himself. Well, he knew he killed himself, but all he knew was that Yui was the cause of it. But that just brought more annoying questions to the drifblim and trying to remember anything would just make him drop in a fit of unconsciousness. That lack of control disgusted him so he refused to even try to think that far back and started to wander about, trying to figure out what to do now.

 

After a few weeks, he realized that catching food was too much of a hassle and felt himself more and more wishing souls would just fly themselves into his mouth. It was during this long hunt of his that he noticed something. Souls were being drawn somewhere, which was why they had been so scarce in the area he had haunted. Following the trail, he stumbled upon an unconscious form. It was a chandelure, but who he was and how he got there Jisoo would never know, for the man never woke up and never explained anything. The only reason he knew the name of the guy was because it was engraved on an amulet next to him. But the man held little interest to the drifblim for drawn to the flame on his chest the souls came to burn themselves in a suicidal dance. It was because of this that Jisoo had an idea. He would just use this sleeping chandelure as bait, and he would never have to spend so much effort to hunt for food.

 

It just seemed perfect at the time, really.
